Is shipping included?
Standard shipping to one address in the continental United States is included in the displayed team prices. Alaska, Hawaii, international destinations, expedited delivery, and split shipments require a custom shipping quote.
Can we order fewer than 10 planners?
Orders of one through nine copies should be placed directly through Amazon. Team pricing begins at 10 copies.
When is payment required?
Full payment is required after you approve the written quote and before the books are ordered for printing.
How quickly will the planners arrive?
Plan for approximately two to four weeks after payment and final confirmation. Timing is an estimate and may vary with printing volume, destination, and shipping conditions.
Can we ship to multiple locations?
Yes, but the displayed prices assume delivery to one continental U.S. address. Split shipments are quoted separately.
Can we use the planner in a workshop or team program?
Yes. Teams may use individual copies during internal meetings, workshops, referral training, and professional-development programs. Reproduction of the book’s pages is not included.
Can the books be customized?
Custom inserts, facilitator materials, or other additions may be available for larger orders and are priced separately. The standard printed planner itself is supplied as published.
